This Privacy Policy explains what data Concrete Cost Pro ("we", "us") collects when you use the free calculators at concretecostpro.com or the Concrete Cost Pro software (together, the "Service"), and how it's used.

1. The short version

No account is required to use any part of the Service. The data you enter into a calculator or into Concrete Cost Pro — dimensions, rates, catalog items, estimates, customer names, everything — stays in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not operate a server that receives, stores or has access to that data. We only collect the limited, aggregate site-usage data described below.

2. Data stored locally on your device

Concrete Cost Pro's Pro application stores your business profile, catalog, templates, projects, estimates, customer information you enter, and actual job results entirely in your browser's local storage. This data:

• Never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it (Settings → Export workspace) and choose to share that file yourself.
• Is not visible to us, is not backed up by us, and cannot be recovered by us if you clear your browser data.
• Is private to the specific browser and device you're using — it does not sync across devices automatically.

3. Site analytics

We use privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics to understand which pages and calculators people use, so we can improve them. This may include page views and interaction events (for example, which calculator was opened, or whether a pricing button was clicked). This data is aggregated and is not linked to the estimates, customer names or other business data you enter into the calculators or Concrete Cost Pro — that data, as described above, never reaches us in the first place. If we use a third-party analytics provider, their own privacy policy governs how they process the technical data (such as approximate location from IP address, browser type, and referring page) needed to produce that aggregate reporting.

4. Payments

When you purchase Concrete Cost Pro, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number. The payment processor's own privacy policy governs the billing information you provide directly to them (such as name, email and payment method) during checkout.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses your browser's local storage to save your Concrete Cost Pro data and light preferences (such as a remembered setting). We do not use tracking cookies to build advertising profiles across other websites.

6. Data you choose to share with us

If you email us for support, we'll have whatever information you include in that message (such as your email address and the contents of your message). We use it only to respond to you.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for business and professional use by adults and is not directed at children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
