Refund Policy

Concrete Cost Pro is a one-time payment for lifetime access: no subscription, no recurring billing. This policy explains when you can get a refund.

1. 14-day satisfaction window

If Concrete Cost Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. We'd appreciate knowing why (it helps us improve the product), but telling us isn't required to get your refund.

2. How to request a refund

Send us a message via our contact page from the same email address used at checkout, with your order/receipt reference if you have it. We aim to process refund requests within 3 business days; the actual funds can take a few additional business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

3. After the 14-day window

Refund requests made after 14 days from purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis, for example if the Software was materially not functioning as described and we were unable to resolve the issue. We're not able to guarantee a refund outside the 14-day window.

4. What happens to your data if you refund

Since Concrete Cost Pro is local-first, refunding your purchase doesn't delete anything from your device. Your saved data remains yours and stays where it already is (on your device). A refund simply reverses the payment; you're welcome to export your data (Settings → Export business data) beforehand if you'd like a copy for your records.

5. Launch pricing

If you purchased at a limited-time launch price, your refund (if approved) is for the amount you actually paid, not any later list price.
