Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the free calculators at concretecostpro.com (the "Site") and the Concrete Cost Pro software (the "Software"), together the "Service", provided by Concrete Cost Pro ("we", "us"). By using the Site or the Software, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

The Service calculates concrete quantity, material and labor cost, overhead, margin and selling price from dimensions, rates and other figures that you enter. The free calculators require no account. The Software is a local-first application: it runs in your browser, and the estimates, templates, catalog items and other data you create are stored on your own device — we do not host or have access to that data unless you explicitly export and share it yourself.

2. Not engineering or professional advice

The Service never determines slab thickness, footing dimensions, reinforcement, concrete strength, load capacity, foundation design or building-code compliance. Every dimension, specification and rate you enter is supplied by you, and any structural, engineering or code-compliance decisions remain your responsibility (or that of your engineer, architect or local building authority). We are not a substitute for professional engineering advice, and we make no representation that output from the Service is suitable for any particular project or jurisdiction.

3. Accuracy of calculations

We test the calculation formulas used by the Service, but the results are only as accurate as the numbers you enter. You are responsible for verifying quantities, costs and pricing before relying on them for a purchase, quote or contract.

4. Purchasing Concrete Cost Pro

Concrete Cost Pro is offered as a one-time payment for lifetime access to the features described on ourpricing page at the time of purchase. It is not a subscription, and we do not bill you again after your initial purchase. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details ourselves. 5. Your data and backups

Because the Software stores your data locally in your browser, it can be lost if you clear your browser data, switch devices, or experience a device failure. You are responsible for exporting a backup (Settings → Export workspace) periodically and before making any such changes. We are not able to recover data you have not backed up yourself.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for resale, or resell the Software as your own product.
• Don't use the free calculators or Software to generate content that is unlawful, fraudulent or misleading to a third party.
• Don't attempt to circumvent any license or activation mechanism other than through your own purchased license.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations will be accurate for your specific project.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
